I am looking forward to the new school opening up.  We will have Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi classes everyday and Pancrase Nogi lcasses everyday.  We will also have mulitple karate classes daily.  THe new things we will have are self defense classes, weapons classes, MCMAP classes, plus the okinawa te, kickboxing, boxing and fun classes.  We have all of the old gear plus so many more tools and gear for training.  New bags and equiptment, new mats, new cage, tramploine, shake bar, lounge, tvs, monitors, expanded pro shop, and so much more.  I really hope everyone loves the new place.  Our karate program is expanding and so is everything else.

Thirty two years in the Martial Arts

Today I turned 45 years young but my body would tell you 65 year old.  It’s not how old you are but how many miles you have.  I became interested in martial arts when I was about 8 or 9 when I saw a movie called the FIVE DEADLY VENOMS.  I wanted to be Sensei.  I never had big competition goals but I have competed.  I never had big fitness goals but I do work out.  I didn’t  need to be a TV star although I have been on TV.  I just wanted to be the person that made a difference.   I want to be the facilitator of helping others reach their goals.  I believe in goal setting and stepping out of your comfort zone.  I am glad to be opening up a bigger location that solves many of our problems at the school.  We have more classes better training available, more instructors, more equipment and we even have more parking.  I love the Martial Arts.  Karate, Brazilian...

What is more real Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Krav Maga or other arts? As time goes on I am convinced people that believe one martial art is better than another are missing the point of the arts.
